RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit your request directly through your customer account (if you created one) or by using our withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. You may also contact us by email belgianfootballclassics@gmail.com, stating your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging where applicable. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If you wish, you may let us know the reason for your return. This information is entirely optional and helps us improve our products and service.
